Shipping / Policy Information:

Mygatewaytohealth.com ships to any street address, post office box or
military address. Orders to these addresses are shipped via Unites States
Postal Service. Orders placed through mygatewaytohealth.com will be
shipped with delivery confirmation. Alternate shipping methods may
include FedEx and UPS. Please call us at (727) 348-9036 if you would
like overnight shipping. Please note UPS and Fed Ex will not ship to
a P.O. Box. Shipping charges may be calculated by weight and zip code
according to USPS priority mailing.

Our product line has a lot of heavy products and due to the increase in the USPS shipping costs we have adopted the least expensive method for our customers.

Express delivery can be arraigned. Please call or email for quote.

We will notify you via e-mail if additional shipping cost is required due to the weight of your order.

Please call for shipping price quote over $300.00. We may be able to save you some shipping costs!

If a package is returned to us due to an inappropriate address provided,
the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Stock items are shipped out next day. Depending on availability, back-ordered items or special requests, most orders are shipped out within 5-10 business days form the time the order is placed and will arrive at your door within 5-7 business days, depending on the carrier, after the order has shipped. Partial orders are not automatically shipped. If an item is backordered, the remainder of your order may be held until the full order can be shipped. We will notify you by phone or e-mail if an order will be delayed more than 3 business days. You will have the option of telling us to ship a partial order, with the remaining items being shipped separately. The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

Military addresses may take longer to arrive to their destination deprending on location and the carrier. Please allow adequate time for order to arrive.

We are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.

International Orders:

For International orders please call us at (727) 348-9036. Intenational shipping costs will be quoted to save you the maximum shipping cost.
We recommend that before placing your international order please be aware
of your country's customs laws. You are fully responsible for all taxes, duties,
tariffs and customs laws imposed on orders imported into your country.
Mygatewaytohealth.com is not responsible for any of these additional costs
that may be incurred or associated with your country's import laws. If your
order is seized or destroyed by customs you will not receive a refund. If your
order is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you will receive a refund minus all shipping and handling charges, provided that the product is not damaged.

Payment Choices:

For online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,
PayPal and  e-check.  
For fax or phone orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  
Orders placed by mail can be paid by the above credit cards, check or money
order made out to BellaConcepts, LLC. When paying by check, your order will not be shipped until the check clears the bank. Please ensure all checks have name and address pre-printed.

RETURN POLICIES/DISCLAIMER:

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges if you experience an allergic reaction with products we sell on our website. For unopened items: You may return an unopened item for merchandise credit within 3 days of receiving it. Please call (727) 348-9036 for return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. You will receive a full credit minus all shipping and handling charges.

For opened items: Please contact us at (727) 348-9036 or wendy@mygatewaytohealth.com before returning any opened and used items for return instructions. As long as the manufacturer will accept this returned item for credit we will issue a full merchandise credit minus shipping and handling charges. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

A note about weight loss products:
All references to weight loss results are based on overall averages of consumers using the products. We cannot guarantee any individual's results will be the same.

If you have received a product in error, please contact us at (727) 348-9036 or wendy@mygatewaytohealth.com. , and we will be happy to correct the problem. Shipping charges will be refunded if the return is due to the wrong product being sent to you by our error.
